Invest In Your Community – Earth Day 2023

Once again, our community of West Panorama Ridge will be celebrating Earth Day by participating in a global cleanup. The global theme for Earth Day in 2023 is “Invest In Our Planet”. Please come out this Saturday, April 22 at 9:30 am to Invest In Your Community.

There are so many things you, as an individual, can do to help support a healthier planet and future for us all. One fun and very important activity is right here in your own community. Come on out and meet some neighbours who care about this world, our city and our community as much as you do.

On Saturday, April 22 at 9:30am the West Panorama Ridge Ratepayers Association (WPRRA) is hosting an Earth Day Community Clean Up. We will meet at Colebrook School at 9:30am where you will be provided with trash bags and choose the street sections you want to clean up. We will also tackle some clean up of the entrance to our beloved Joe Brown Park for any gardening enthusiasts. Clean up usually last for 1-2 hours and will be followed by a BBQ for all those who participate. Details about the BBQ will be provided when we meet.

Bring your families, bring your neighbours, bring your community spirit! Let’s make this the biggest and most impactful Earth Day Community Clean Up ever.
