The WPRRA works to maintain the semi-rural nature of Panorama Ridge through the enforcement of development standards, tree preservation, appropriate road allocations and natural boulevards.

The WPRRA board reviews West Panorama Ridge plans submitted to the City of Surrey and works with the City to ensure the proposed developments meet current regulations, such as zoning, tree retention, lot size, etc.
